As the weekend of Covenant Festival‘s third Vancouver manifestation approaches, Factory Worker Media is honoured to have received infernal benediction from the festival organizers to release our retrospective photo zines of Covenant’s first and second incarnations, for those of you that covet the visceral, tactile experience of the material plane.

Proudly independent as we are, printing these books in zine format was a natural choice – no frills, no bullshit, no compromise – and, as an independent platform for transgressive dark content across media formats, we wouldn’t have the time or resources for something more elaborate anyway. That said, the zine project is a malevolent labour of love and graven gratitude for our community’s ongoing occult celebration of extreme music and art.

Final page count has yet to be determined but we aim to include a minimum of 60 monochrome photos each for the 2015 and 2016 issues, printed on a stark, white glossy paper.  The zines will be released on 8 June 2017 and preorders can either be picked up at Covenant Festival or shipped via post/courier.
